c. To change the color of your font your must be located I the Home ribbon and in the Font section of the ribbon. From there you will find a capital letter “a” with a red bar under it. Click on it with your words highlighted or when you’re ready to type your colored words and choose a color that you want your words to be.

d. To change your line spacing and paragraph spacing you will need to be in the Home Ribbon Tab and in the paragraph section. From there you will see two rows of clickable icons. The line spacing is located on the second row and it is the farthest icon to the right in the paragraph section. If there is any confusion it is the icon with two arrows pointing up and down. Click on it and pick a number to change the line spacing and the default line spacing is 1.15 in line spacing.

e. To find the bulleted and numbered list features you will need to be in the Home ribbon tab and be in the Paragraph section. Once there you will again see the two rows of icons and the lists icons are on the first row. The two list icons are all the way to the left of the section, and their icons look like lists themselves. You can then click on them and choose what kind of bullet and what number/letter system you want to use for your list.

f. The alignment buttons are located in the Home Ribbon Tab and they are in the paragraph section. The alignment buttons are on the second row of the two rows of icons, and they take up most of the row. To use these features you must select a paragraph you have typed, or you must select your setting before typing. After doing this, you can then select how you would like your body of words to look by choosing left, right, center, or the justify alignment.
